Trust Property Schedule

For most Trust Agreements, there is a schedule (or exhibit) listing property transferred into the trust. In many cases, this schedule is merely a starting point for assets in the trust on the date the document is signed. Other assets may be transferred into the trust after the signing, but it is not necessarily required to update the schedule to list new assets.
